Founder – Jill Harrison MEng (Hons)

After graduating with a Masters of Environmental Engineering with Honours, Jill Harrison has worked both globally and nationally in programme and project management consulting in public and private infrastructure.

She has either led or participated in the mobilisation of delivery programmes of extraordinary complexity and scale in New Zealand, the United States and Australia including

  • The New York City Department of Environmental Protection,
  • The City of New Orleans post Hurricane Katrina
  • Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Programme for Vero New Zealand Ltd.

Moving back to New Zealand in 2011, Jill is committed to making a contribution to New Zealand’s economic growth and prosperity by applying her overseas experience as well as leveraging her roots in regional NZ and love of the land.

A published technical expert, Jill has received awards for her technical work and one of the 2012 finalists for the ACENZ Future Leaders award.

Team

The consulting and project management landscape has evolved to the extent that we now have a number of highly skilled subject matter experts available on a contractual basis to support Longitude Consulting.

Not only does Jill draw on a network of contractors from multiple disciplines, she also has a strategic alliance with Frequency Project Management to provide management consulting support.  Through this alliance, founder Jill Harrison has supported Frequency in deliverying for clients such as Unitec and Air New Zealand.
